This website presents Ectoprime and its product work. For questions about this notice, enquiry information or a data request, contact hello@ectoprime.com. This notice describes the website and public demonstrations; a live customer implementation requires its own agreed data arrangements.
The interactive demonstrations
The product-to-care demonstration uses a fictional brand, fixed example questions and synthetic records. Its case state is held in browser memory and clears on reload. The example record download contains synthetic data. The evaluation worksheet calculates from the numbers entered in the browser; this tool does not submit those values. These demonstrations do not collect a real customer identity or send a care request.
Enquiry information
The separate enquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional organisation and project context. These details are used to receive and respond to the enquiry and discuss relevant work. Please include only information needed for that conversation. Do not submit customer records, credentials, confidential datasets or sensitive personal information through the initial enquiry.
Delivery and technical information
When an enquiry is submitted, the website sends its contents to the configured email delivery service, Resend, for routing to the Ectoprime enquiry mailbox. Hosting and email providers may process technical delivery information. The contact endpoint also uses an in-memory request counter based on the request’s IP information to limit repeated submissions. Delivery depends on the deployed configuration; an unsuccessful submission shows an error and an email alternative.
Preferences and website analytics
The website stores display, motion and example-view preferences in your browser when those settings are used. Marketing analytics is disabled in this version of the site. Ordinary hosting or server request logs may still be generated by the deployed infrastructure. Optional analytics should be introduced only with appropriate controls and an updated notice reflecting its actual operation.
Retention and requests
Enquiry correspondence may remain in the delivery service and enquiry mailbox while the team handles the request, follows up on relevant work or keeps necessary business records. Contact hello@ectoprime.com to ask about information held, corrections, retention or deletion. The applicable arrangements depend on the information and any agreed engagement; this website does not promise a fixed automated deletion period.
